Terms & Conditions

  • Standard Repair Rates applicable for all service Products.
  • Service Charge includes Labor cost excludes the costing of Spare parts and additional efforts.
  • Units are automatically repaired as per Standard Repair Rates, and will only be quoted according to other requirements also settle by submitting quotation for customer approval.
  • Prices quoted are VAT exclusive or inclusive as per client’s requirements.
  • No Quote rejection fee and diagnosis charges are free for carry in service.
  • After received products getting repair confirmation from customer by mobile /email /telephone, if customer wants to refuse then customer will must be liable to provide service charge only.
  • One month Warranty for repair product and Spare Parts warranty will be as per Spare parts warranty policy.
  • In the case of Spare parts need to be procured, repairs will only start once the Customer acceptance has been received according to our committed time frame.
  • We reserve the right to re-quote the service changes due to circumstances beyond our control (Pound / Dollar/ Euro rate fluctuations, additional faults encountered, Spare part price change, etc.).
  • Service Warranty voided if Warranty Sticker is removed or any kinds of physical damage.
  • We are not liable for any kinds of Data loss / distortion or Software Recovery issue during a repairing process.
  • No Application software will be loaded without an authentic customer's license or acknowledgement.
  • Service and Spare parts warranty will not cover any kinds of physical or external damage.
  • We are not responsible for any consequential damage or loss due to courier /shipment / transportation / fire / water / electrical short circuit and other related issues.
  • We accept payment in form of Cash, Cheques and bank transfer only.
  • After repaired procedure, If the repaired product is not collected within 20 days by customer, then We will not be liable for any kinds of issues.
  • Serviced product is only released on presence of Original Customer Receipt.
  • If we are unable to repair customer product then no service charge will be applicable.
